These terms apply when you use the BrandBlitzers website or sign up for our services. By working with us, you agree to them. We've written them in plain English; if anything is unclear, just ask.

Who we are

BrandBlitzers is a digital marketing studio based in South Brunswick, New Jersey, USA. We build websites and provide local SEO, social media, domain, and email services for small businesses. Contact: hello@brandblitzers.com, (609) 662-1756.

Our services

We offer monthly plans and one-time projects as described on our website. The specific deliverables, timelines, and price for your work will be confirmed in a written proposal before we begin. Where a proposal and these terms differ, the proposal controls for that project.

Plans, billing & setup fees

• Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance. Any one-time setup fee is billed at the start.
• Plans are month-to-month by default. You may cancel any time with 30 days' written notice; your plan runs until the end of that notice period.
• You may optionally choose annual billing (paid yearly) to receive one month free. Annual plans cover a 12-month term.
• Add-ons (such as extra mailboxes or social management) are billed monthly and can be cancelled with the same 30 days' notice.
• Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

What's included & "edits"

Each plan includes a set amount of monthly edit time, as listed on our pricing. Larger work — new pages, redesigns, online stores, or custom features — is quoted separately as a project. We'll always tell you the price before doing extra work.

Your domain & email

Domains we register for you are owned by you and registered in your name. While you are on a plan, your standard .com domain renewal is included. If you cancel, your domain and email remain yours and we will transfer them to a registrar of your choice at no charge; ongoing renewals then become your responsibility. Premium domains may carry additional cost, which we will disclose before purchase.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and the content we need (photos, text, logins) in a timely way. Social posts are built from the photos and details you supply.
• Ensure you have the rights to any material you give us to use (images, logos, trademarks, etc.).
• Use the services lawfully and not for anything harmful, deceptive, or infringing.

Intellectual property

Once a project is paid for, the final website and creative deliverables are yours to use. We may retain rights to underlying templates, code components, and know-how we reuse across clients, and we may display your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, platforms) remain subject to their own licences.

Third-party services

We set up and manage services from providers such as Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft, and platform/registrar partners. Those services are governed by the providers' own terms, and we are not responsible for outages or changes outside our control.

Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel with 30 days' notice as described above. Monthly fees already paid and one-time setup fees are non-refundable, as the work and provisioning have already been performed. We want you to be happy — if something's wrong, tell us and we'll make it right.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to deliver great results, but we can't guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue, as these depend on factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, and any disputes will be handled in the courts located there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version, and continued use of our services means you accept the current terms.
